I mean how long would it rob for that kind of "wonder" drug to be available?

Nothing imminent is on the horizon. There are principles mortal tested in the elemental sciences which might contribute to longevity, but the research is immature.
It will probably come available, though the awaking of the cell survival genes will own it's price to pay.
