Warfarin or coumadin is an anticoagualant. This means its primary goings-on is to thin the blood making circulation easier. So the primary long possession effect of warfarin is it causes you to bleed assured. Be careful near gardening , getting bumped and bruised as this can really make your arms look unsightly.
