So what would be the percent of absent appropriation cases within a population. (sorry I could just find percent of absent spasm cases amongst epilepsy population). Multiply 0.005 x 0.015 = 0.000075.
To get percentage, multiply by 100, you capture 0.0075%
I don't know the numbers, but it's absence seizure, not absent.
