No. There should be no cross-reaction between the sulfate salt of polymyxin B and sulfanilamide antibiotics, which are a completely different entity. It's unfortunate that shortening "sulfanilamide" to "sulfa" cause so much consternation, but we don't like to be bothered beside long names.
Sulphate is simply sulfur next to lots of oxygen, so I'd try to wash the Polysporin sour as quickly as possible and do doesn`t matter what else you need to do

Nothing imminent is on the horizon. There are principles mortal tested in the elemental sciences which might contribute to longevity, but the research is immature.

Pure scam. If the human race could convert the pH of their bodies by what they eat the human see could not exist. Anyone who studies physiology would readily understand the mechanism the body employs to control the pH of bodily fluids. Scam. People beside an acidosis are sick, not people walking around within normal life span with an "Ooh, surprise, I must own acidosis." My gut notion though, is that the situation is going to change, within that we have better medication, but we have a fast aging, more fat population that's going to call for surgery. In addition, stenting have a definite role but is probably done too frequently, if the New England magazine of medicine article is any clue.
